Terms and Conditions:

1. This is a subscription contract for the usage of the online software only. No other services are included in this contract. Any support or software issues needs to be followed up with the service provider themselves. Equality Software and Training (Pty) Ltd only acts as a middleman for the subscription charges.
2. The debtor indemnifies Equality Software and Training (Pty) Ltd, its Director and staff against any claim for loss or damage to data because of the usage of QuickBooks Online (QBO). Equality Software and Training (Pty) Ltd acts only as the sales agent and do not have any authority on the QBO software at all.
3. Equality Software and Training (Pty) Ltd will only assist in the change of Accountant access to the software. Any other services will be charged at R700.00 per hour.
4. The payment of this subscription contract will only be done via a debit order.
5. If a debit order is returned by the bank as unpaid, the debtor needs to do a manual Electronic Funds Transfer of the outstanding amount before the 7^th of the month. If no payment is received the subscription and usage of the software will be temporarily blocked until payment is received. Bank details appear on the invoice.
6. This agreement will be in place for as long as the debtor uses the online software.
7. This agreement and subscription can be cancelled by giving a calendar month written notice.
